- Capco’s Data Team helps transform data strategy across FS clients.
- Lead governance, data management, and regulatory alignment across data lifecycle.
- Deliver data transformation programs using Agile and governance tools.
- Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and exec stakeholders.
- Work to improve data transparency, control, and quality using tools.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, analytics, finance, math, OR related.
- 10+ years leading data governance/management programs.
- Strong FS experience across Banking, Wealth, Insurance, or Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of DCAM, data governance models, control frameworks.
- Experience with Data Lineage, MDM, Metadata, Data Quality, Architecture.
- Strong stakeholder management; engage regulators and exec teams.
