📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in media planning, marketing analytics, or growth strategy with real ownership of plans
• Deep fluency across paid channels including search, social, programmatic, video, audio, and offline
• Strong quantitative foundation in forecasting and scenario modeling; strong SQL and comfort in BI
• Hands-on experience with mix modeling, incrementality testing, and geographic experiments
• Financial rigor and comfort owning a number that has to tie out, including reconciliation
• Ability to compress a complex analysis into a one-page executive recommendation
