📋 Description

• Lead and evolve enterprise R&D PMO operating model
• Oversee strategic portfolio view, milestones, risks, investments
• Translate strategy into executable portfolio and prioritization
• Embed needs-driven innovation across R&D and product
• Executive oversight for high-risk cross-enterprise programs
• Strengthen decision-making with planning, risk, and value realization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering/science/business; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years in portfolio/program management with 7+ years cross-functional leadership
• Proven PMO leadership and portfolio improvement experience
• Experience with needs-driven innovation methods; Biodesign a plus
• Strong knowledge of portfolio mgmt, governance, planning, risk, budgeting
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or similar certs preferred
