Group Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Membr product management team across UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Coach and develop Product Managers within a distributed portfolio.
• Translate strategy into priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive AI Transformation within the product function to improve discovery and delivery.
• Collaborate with VP of Product & Engineering to align roadmaps with customer and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or related leadership roles in tech or SaaS.
• Proven experience leading product teams and owning complex strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and
• Strong product discovery and delivery practices with outcome focus.
• Experience applying AI-enabled practices to product management workflows.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile delivery.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; fitness/wellness/domain exposure preferred.
