Sage Enterprise Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of consultants to support utilization, performance and retention.
• Conduct one-to-one meetings, performance conversations, and career planning with senior leadership
• Oversee KPIs: service revenue, billable hours, utilization, and project performance.
• Maintain client relationships with senior executives as trusted advisor and contact.
• Ensure projects and deliverables meet expectations, address issues, and maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with account managers to understand priorities and identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/QA or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with technical applications; strong consulting/process knowledge.
• Proven consulting background delivering complex technical solutions on time/budget.
• Experience managing teams, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Strong PM skills: prioritization, scope, deadlines, and delivery oversight.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000–$165,000
