📋 Description

• Own a significant perimeter and translate what is technically possible into a product plan
• Collaborate with engineering to understand architectures, constraints, and feasible timeframes
• Turn strategic direction into clear requirements and Jira-ready tickets
• Surface good ideas from engineering and connect to product rationale
• Define success criteria and verify delivery against them
• Maintain an accurate view of Loft's capabilities, development status, and gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including hands-on product management
• Domain experience in at least one: earth observation, embedded systems, aerospace systems, security
• Comfort at both market and technology ends of the spectrum
• Structured and data-driven with clear analyses to back recommendations
• Strong product obsession and focus on product-market fit
• Relentless curiosity and high autonomy with bias for action
