Global CS Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Lead analytics team of 2-3 analysts with agile practices
• Coach analysts to grow technically and deliver impact
• Coordinate with global/local stakeholders to land work effectively
• Drive AI-first tooling and scalable foundations (libraries, GitHub repos)
• Partner with VP of Individual Doctors and Clinics; surface opportunities and run experiments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years analytics experience; 1-2+ years leading analysts
• Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred); Python is a plus
• Designing automations and scalable data models; AI-first workflows
• Ability to translate complex data into business narrative
• Hands-on Looker/Tableau experience
