🎯 Requirements

• MSc in a quantitative field and 2+ years in experimental design/causal inference
• Proven experience designing/validating methodologies for experimentation platforms
• Ability to evaluate and recommend statistical approaches for experimentation integrity
• Strong communication skills to explain complex stats to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience developing training programs or educational content on experimentation/causal inference
• Proficient with Python, SQL, R, and other statistical languages

🎁 Benefits
