Job Description
📋 Description
- Based at AbbVie hubs: Lake County IL, Irvine CA, South San Francisco CA, or Florham Park NJ.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support safety profile and risk through lifecycle.
- Lead surveillance activities for a product’s life cycle using trials, safety databases, and
- Analyze data for signal assessment and respond to regulatory safety requests.
- Communicate findings to product teams and leadership to inform risk minimization.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Epidemiology, Nursing) or Bachelor + 4 yrs safety/clinical
- Masters/PhD + 2 yrs clinical/pharma/safety experience
- Knowledge of drug development, regulatory requirements for submission and post-marketing
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, matrix team; strong collaboration
- Strong oral/written communication; proficient in Word/Excel; basic PM
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
