Product Owner - OMS

📋 Description

• Own and evolve OMS backlog, roadmap, prioritization
• Translate business requirements into features and stories
• Lead end-to-end delivery across PODs
• Define OMS capabilities along order lifecycle
• Support B2C and B2B commerce models
• Analyze processes for modernization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/CS/Engineering or related
• 10+ years in Product Owner/PM or similar
• Hands-on OMS experience (IBM Sterling, Manhattan, Fluent)
• Knowledge of order lifecycle, inventory, fulfillment, returns
• Experience with B2C and B2B workflows
• Backlog, roadmap, Agile ceremonies expertise
