📋 Description

• Drive customer adoption, usage, and renewal of Glia's AI features
• Develop and execute training initiatives for client teams
• Enable end users to adopt Glia's AI features
• Implement AI products on time and on budget
• Ensure customers achieve the desired business impact
• Establish credibility as an AI subject matter expert

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, STEM preferred
• 3+ years in SaaS software environments
• 3+ years in Customer Success/Consulting or similar
• Understanding of AI, LLMs, Generative AI
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, CS, and Development
• Excellent communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
