📋 Description

• Own data systems and measurement analyses at the intersection of products, customers, and
• Architect, build, and scale a modern, scalable, AI-ready data platform
• Collaborate with product, client services, and implementation teams for customized analyses
• Surface insights that govern product evolution and client planning efforts
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Deep SQL and Python expertise; strong data modeling and quantitative analysis
• Experience with large data sets and modern data architecture with AI readiness
• 10+ years in data science/analytics and/or data engineering; managerial experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences context preferred
• Undergrad or masters in CS, statistics, engineering, math, or physics
