Data Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Own data systems and measurement analyses at the intersection of products, customers, and
• Architect, build, and scale the next generation of our data platform to be modern, scalable, and
• Work with product, client service, and implementation teams on insights and customized analyses
• Collaborate to surface analytics that guide product evolution and client planning
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and data engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in SQL and Python with strong data modeling and quantitative analysis
• Strong command of modern data architecture, AI readiness, and working with large datasets
• 10+ years of progressive data science/analytics and/or data engineering experience, including
• Recent experience in pharma or life sciences context
• Undergrad or master's in a technical field (CS, statistics, engineering, math, physics)
