📋 Description

• Own a significant perimeter and translate tech possibilities into concrete requirements and use
• Collaborate with engineering to understand architectures, constraints, and realistic delivery in
• Turn strategic direction into Jira-backed requirements and track progress through delivery.
• Surface good ideas from engineering and connect them to product rationale.
• Define success criteria for capabilities and verify them through delivery.
• Maintain an accurate view of Loft's capabilities, in development, and gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product management experience.
• Domain experience in earth observation, embedded systems, aerospace, or security & defense.
• Comfort at both market and technology ends of the spectrum.
• Structured and data-driven: support recommendations with analysis.
• Strong product obsession and a bias for action.
• Curiosity across diverse topics and ability to self-organize a perimeter.
