📋 Description

• Support client services and Project Manager
• Communicate client expectations and data/quality concerns
• Foster client relationships to support laboratory mission
• Set up projects, bottle orders, and invoices with PM
• Attend department meetings and back up assistants
• Follow health & safety policy and Eurofins standards

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in a science field
• Commitment to client availability and timely responses
• Focus on client satisfaction and turnaround times
• Communicate client expectations & data/quality concerns
• Organized, multi-tasking, detail-oriented
• Basic lab understanding & inter-department relations

• Includes compensation range described: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm with overtime/weekends as needed
