📋 Description

• Lead revenue strategy for Asphalt Legends and scale monetization across lifecycle.
• Partner with Game Leadership to define multi-year roadmaps and commercial targets.
• Own Live Ops strategy focusing on data-driven growth, events, and offers to maximize LTV/ARPU.
• Drive end-to-end monetization systems from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Oversee data-driven hypothesis testing, KPI forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Mentor junior PMs and advocate for a high-performance product culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile/PC/Console).
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for live titles.
• Analytical mastery with ability to turn data into insights; advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation/documentation skills; ability to communicate strategies to executives.
• Bachelor’s in economics/business/marketing or related; MBA or advanced degree valued.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
