📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and product development across indoor/outdoor categories, ensuring cohesive
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales to align design with margin
• Translate brand vision into seasonal design briefs and maintain a material, finish, and fabric
• Develop seasonal color stories and establish design houses for ongoing coherence and freshness.
• Drive the design roadmap with Marketing and Merchant teams to build brand storytelling and
• Oversee CAD and render File approvals to ensure specifications are resolved for international

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BBA in Industrial Design, Merchandising, International Business, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive international product development and design leadership in home furnishings
• Proven ability to build and lead creative teams delivering commercially successful, design-forward
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of furniture construction across categories and materials
• Experience managing seasonal material libraries and collaboration across multiple price points and
• End-to-end ownership of seasonal design programs across multiple categories
