Program Evaluation Analyst

📋 Description

• Support design, planning, implementation and monitoring of program evaluation
• Develop evaluation questions, logic models, measures, indicators
• Collect, organize, and analyze program data (quantitative & qualitative)
• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans
• Create evaluation materials: surveys, protocols, and tools
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, or related field
• 3+ years in program evaluation, performance measurement, or data analysis
• Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
• Experience developing reports, presentations, and briefs
• Understanding of basic program evaluation concepts and performance measurement
• Strong written and verbal communication and Excel/Office skills
