📋 Description

• Own the design of robust, scalable data models and exposures in dbt, Snowflake & Looker and set
• Make/document the architectural decisions and trade-offs that shape our data platform
• Define and champion the trust infrastructure of testing, data contracts and observability, so the
• Shape how the team puts AI to work - improving the tooling and practices around AI-assisted
• Raise the technical bar as an anchor for the team, through code review, mentoring and pairing
• Turn ambiguous business problems into well scoped requirements and well designed metrics, working

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Analytics engineering experience - 5+ years as an Analytics Engineer or in a similar role
• Expert SQL - You write it fluently, debug it fast and critically review it - including AI-generated
• Proven data modelling ownership - Dimensional modelling, defining grain and shaping the structure
• Deep, hands-on platform experience - dbt plus modern platforms such as Snowflake, Looker, AWS or
• A track record of raising the standard around you - Mentoring, reviewing or setting the technical
• You work AI-first - You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily. You do not need to arrive an
