• Support Sales and Profit goals in store by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the
• Work per H&M standards, policies and legal requirements to meet customer and colleague
• Maintain omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation per global guidelines.
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify department strengths and commercial opportunities; collaborate with Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service across the store and promote loyalty app and in-store sustainability
