• Greet customers and provide high-level service at cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor
• Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandise garments
• Create welcoming experiences and guide customers through their journey with proactive service
• Collaborate with team to uplift and inspire shoppers
• Role supports COS Brand Sales in a store environment
