Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and validate reports, dashboards, KPIs, and definitions.
• Present findings to leaders and partners clearly and actionable.
• Collaborate with BI developers on reporting initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure data quality.
• Support continuous improvement with data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, IS, Data Analytics, CS, or
• At least 3 years in healthcare analytics, RCM, Finance, BI, or related analytics.
• Experience supporting exec leadership with analytics and reporting.
• Strong understanding of RCM metrics and healthcare analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.
• Advanced SQL; experience with Power BI or Qlik.
