📋 Description
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows from diverse sources.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout processing.
- Analyze healthcare claims and related datasets to identify patterns and insights.
- Design and maintain databases, data models, and storage structures for efficient access.
- Profile, manipulate, transform, and prepare complex datasets for analysis.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to technical/non-technical
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s in healthcare administration, data science, statistics, or related field, or
- 5+ years of experience with SQL.
- 5+ years as a data analyst or data-focused professional in healthcare, preferably with healthcare
- Deep knowledge of health data, multi-payer databases, and claims data analytics.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare policy, costs, utilization, and health equity.
- Knowledge of state government roles in healthcare and policy/regulatory impacts on data.
