Senior Product Manager (Full Remote - Europe)

📋 Description

• Own the work end to end: understand the problem, build, launch, measure, and iterate with minimal
• Build with AI every day: use AI tools for research, prototyping, debugging
• Decide what to pursue and test fast with small experiments
• Let results drive next steps: define success, analyze outcomes, expand or stop
• Work in a small, hands-on team with founders, designers, and engineers
• Maintain momentum and surface blockers early to keep progress flowing

🎯 Requirements

• You build with AI: ship features or tools using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.)
• You use data to make product decisions: name metrics, run experiments, apply findings
• You explore AI independently: seek out new tools and techniques without waiting
• You take ownership and move without certainty: embrace ambiguity and drive outcomes
• You communicate clearly and collaborate: fluent in English, effective with designers and engineers
• You care about the user experience: deliver useful, intuitive, engaging products
