📋 Description

• The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant buys homes for House Buyers of America.
• Follows up on leads, values houses, analyzes comps, and closes deals.
• Performs extensive due diligence and prepares contracts for ratification.
• Estimates repairs and ARV/As-Is value; meets homeowners to present offers.
• Works with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
• Role is remote, with in-person meetings with prospects/clients as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience achieving/exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
