- First contact for customers, sales and service focused
- Greet customers and guide them through the rental process
- Upsell upgrades, protection, fuel and services to maximize each interaction
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle inquiries with urgency, organized and friendly
- Learn SIXT vehicle knowledge to assist customers
🎯 Requirements
- Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience
- Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental
- Excellent verbal communication and enjoy direct customer interaction
- Comfortable in a commission-driven environment under pressure
- Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; authorized to work in the US without
