Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech
• Interview stakeholders and translate needs into clear requirements
• Audit existing products and workflows for retention/redesign
• Create PRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
• Lead delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules
• Coordinate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams to maintain backlog and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or enterprise software
• Strong PRD/story/flow creation and product specifications
• Experience with B2B/admin interfaces and complex workflows
• Hands-on with Figma; agile tools like Jira/Linear
• UAT, feature testing, validation, and sign-offs
• RBAC, permissions, data structures; strong stakeholder management
