Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech.
• Interview stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Audit existing products to decide retention or redesign.
• Create PRDs, user stories, and specs with acceptance criteria.
• Lead delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-enabled dev teams to maintain a ready backlog.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or similar.
• Proven PRD, user story, and specification experience.
• Strong sense for B2B/admin interfaces and complex workflows.
• Experience with Figma, Jira/Linear or similar tools.
• Hands-on UAT, feature testing, and sign-offs.
• RBAC, permissions, and enterprise data structures understanding.
