• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience.

• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions; support sales targets with
• Complete garment cycle from unpacking to refill, fit rooms and checkout per best practices.
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back of house; contribute to attractive merchandise displays
