• Validate metrics and dashboards; write specs for Data Eng.
• Decompose north-star metrics into actionable components.
• Investigate metric fluctuations and product questions.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities via data mining.
• Prioritize problems by impact on key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field.
• Strong stats knowledge applied to business questions.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data with MS SQL, Python, Excel.
• Hands-on experience with A/B tests and experiments.
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics for growth.
• Analytical, independent problem solving.
