📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clearly documented definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify data engineering requirements.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies and segmentation issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities via data mining.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in math, stats, CS, engineering, or technical fields.
• Strong statistical knowledge applied to business/product questions.
• Proven experience extracting/processing/analyzing data with MS SQL, Python, Excel.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics and growth evaluation.
• Analytical, independent problem-solving; translate data to insights.
