📋 Description
- Own and drive the research roadmap for consumer innovation, partnering across product, design, data
- Lead generative research to understand how people think about food, nutrition, and health.
- Apply behavioral science frameworks to frame questions and surface insights for product and design.
- Execute mixed-methods research: qualitative studies plus surveys and data analysis.
- Translate research into actionable narratives to move stakeholder decisions from opportunity
- Maintain living knowledge bases, personas, and journey maps used across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years conducting UX or consumer research in a product organization.
- Deep familiarity with behavioral psychology or economics; habit formation and change lens.
- Expertise in qualitative methods: interviews, ethnography, diary studies, usability testing
- Strong quantitative skills: survey design, data interpretation, experimental design, synthesis
- Proven ability to lead foundational, generative research shaping product strategy.
- Exceptional storytelling to drive alignment and action at all levels of the organization.
