Senior Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clearly documented definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; write specs for Data Engineering; ensure analytical requirements
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams to influence.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, and segmentation issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities via structured data mining.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations with Product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with practical business applications.
• Proven experience extracting/processing/visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics and ability to evaluate performance for growth
• Analytical, independent problem-solving with ability to translate data into insights.
