📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions across teams
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify data engineering requirements
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, and segmentation issues
• Identify data-driven growth opportunities through structured analysis
• Prioritize problems by impact on key business metrics with product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical field
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with practical business applications
• Proven experience extracting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and
• Deep hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics; ability to evaluate performance and growth
• Analytical, problem-solving, and independent work capabilities
