Senior Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify requirements for Data Engineering.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations on metric fluctuations and growth opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities through structured data mining and analysis.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with sample sizes and MDES considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong statistical theory and practical business/product application.
• Proven experience extracting/processing/analyzing/visualizing with MS SQL, Python, Excel.
• Hands-on experience designing/running A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics and growth evaluation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
