Senior Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics framework across teams.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify data requirements for Data Engineering.
• Decompose north-star metrics into measurable components for teams.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, and segmentation issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities via structured data mining.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests with sample size, MDEs, duration, and randomization.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability; apply methods to business questions.
• Proven experience extracting/processing/analyzing/visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics and how to evaluate performance.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; independent work on complex questions.
