• Lead configuration, optimization, and enhancement of SpotOn POS systems for clients.
• Provide expert consultation and oversee complex menu builds across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Manage escalated tickets and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions.
• Mentor Level 1 specialists and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain data integrity and consistent naming across integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and spreadsheets for analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective under pressure with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multilingual is a plus
• Proven client-facing consultation and technical implementation experience
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and technology integration
