- Support Commercial team to optimize Casino VIP proposition
- Analyze VIP trends and behaviors; derive insights and monitor performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, analytics, VIP, ops, product, and marketing
- Assess ROI of new ideas and build business cases for investments
- Provide actionable insights to drive revenue cross-functionally
- Ensure VIP strategy aligns with RG principles and group insights
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an analytics role
- Bachelor’s in Math, Stats, Econ, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R desirable
- Proficient with Tableau or similar visualization tools; ability to create presentations
- Experience with AI tools and integrating outputs into workflows
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
