Customer Service Return Agent (Hobby Airport)

📋 Description

• You welcome all customers upon arrival, delivering a friendly and professional return experience
• You inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage and direct issues to the
• You complete return transactions accurately and advise customers on final rental charges
• You promote additional SIXT products and services where applicable
• You identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct location
• You work in various weather conditions and are willing to take on additional tasks to support

🎯 Requirements

• You have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of customer service experience
• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and can work in the United States
• You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office
• You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and may travel (5–10%)
• You are willing to wear a company uniform and additional language skills are a plus
