• Face of our company in-person at our new facility, delivering a unique customer experience during
• Assist customers with needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction across touchpoints.
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and ensure high quality service outside the facility.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in our tracking system.
• Collaborate with team members to support various tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ years in retail asset; 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• License: Class 5 with no restrictions
• Driving Record: 3 years clean driving abstract with no major infractions
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
