📋 Description
- Provide statistical support to the research and development organization in clinical trials and
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and report clinical trials and studies
- Develop protocols and statistical analysis plans with programming details
- Identify data issues and prepare derived variables/analysis datasets
- Collaborate on data presentation, publications, and timely delivery of outputs
- Explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians and support product-team communications
🎯 Requirements
- MS (4+ years) or PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field
- Ability to perform statistical computations and simulations
- Experience with pharma clinical trials (internship or employment)
- Strong technical and communication skills
