Customer Success Advisor

📋 Description

• Public Sector CSA role focused on onboarding, adoption, and value realization for Illumio's products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering
• Drive adoption health, renewals, and expansion opportunities within customer portfolio
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors and technical teams
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for each customer to meet desired outcomes
• Monitor Adoption Health across accounts and coordinate cross-functional delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, B2B IT sales, or similar
• Experience in Public Sector, DoD, SLED, or related USA military background
• Experience navigating government procurement and contracts
• Prefer background in Cyber Security or Enterprise SaaS
• Ability to communicate with C-Suite, VP, Director, and end users
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; experience with CS CRM and renewal tooling
