• Own and evolve product metrics framework across teams.
• Validate metrics, write specs for Data Engineering, ensure analytics alignment.
• Decompose north-star metrics into actionable components.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests; determine sample size and significance.
• Translate insights into measurable product recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in math, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong stats and probability with business/product applications.
• Proven experience extracting/processing/analyzing data using MS SQL, Python, Excel.
• Hands-on experience with A/B tests and controlled experiments.
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
