• Be the face of the Curaleaf brand at a busy Allentown dispensary.
• Assist guests in selecting cannabis products with knowledge and care.
• Handle purchases at the register and maintain a welcoming store mood.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an inclusive, upbeat experience.
• Support store operations and inventory tasks as needed.
• Meet daily sales goals through quality service and product knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6+ months of POS/cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays; some overnights may occur.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
