📋 Description

• Own and evolve product metrics definitions across teams
• Validate metrics, specs for Data Engineering, dashboards
• Decompose north-star metrics into actionable components
• Investigate metric fluctuations and product questions
• Identify data-driven growth opportunities through analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in math, stats, CS, engineering, or technical field
• Strong stats knowledge with business/product applications
• Proven experience with MS SQL, Python, and Excel
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Understanding of marketing/product metrics for growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders
