📋 Description

• Be product evangelist for Veeva EDC and DQS; stay updated on features
• Champion product enhancements; understand AI and RBQM visions
• Provide product education in meetings and online communities
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback for releases
• Collaborate with Product teams on content and release communications
• Support internal teams (Services, Strategy, Sales, Product Support)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Clinical Management; Product/Consulting/Services roles
• Hands-on experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS
• Translate customer requirements into technical product needs
• Understand Product Vision and Technical Specs for stakeholders
• Experience presenting to business users, IT, and execs (remote/in-person)
• Strong analytical and English communication skills
