📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear, consistent definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; specify needs for Data Engineering.
• Decompose north-star metrics into actionable components.
• Investigate metric fluctuations, anomalies, and segmentation issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities via data analysis.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize issues by impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability; apply to business questions.
• Experience extracting, processing, analyzing, visualizing data using MS SQL, Python, Excel.
• Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics and their relation to growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product stakeholders.
