📋 Description

• Perform analyses of Human Data operational metrics—capacity, utilization, quality, throughput
• Build and maintain reporting, trackers, and dashboards that make core operating KPIs visible and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of professional experience in business analytics, business operations, consulting
• 1+ years of experience building and owning analytical models, trackers, or operating systems in
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, workforce analytics, or performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to non-technical
