- Analyze market structure trends at venue and market-wide levels
- Develop expertise with IEX trading tech, order types, and market data
- Present analyses to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide analytical insights to product and business teams
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years on an electronic options trading desk
- Deep understanding of electronic options trading and market structure
- Experience presenting complex data clearly to clients
- Team player with collaborative mindset and flexible schedule
- Experience with data sets and scripting languages like SQL, Python (kdb is a plus)
