📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive value realization for customers.
• Bridge financial strategy and technical innovation using AI, automation, and data apps.
• Measure, prove, and scale value at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Lead value management from pre-sale to post-sale realization tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to quantify new capabilities and train

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Value Realization, Value Engineering, Customer Success, or Business Value Consulting in
• Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record delivering post-sale outcomes to drive adoption and expansion.
• Hands-on coding/scripting experience; familiarity with AI agents and rapid web apps (e.g.
• Ability to craft financial stories using ROI, NPV, IRR, Payback, and TCO.
• Exceptional communication translating software value into executive impact.
